In 1993 Ms Gritsyuk graduated from K. I. Skryabin Moscow Veterinarian Academy majoring in Veterinary. In 2000, defended Candidate's thesis for Candidate of Agricultural Sciences degree. In 2002, graduated from the Russian Academy of Management and Agrobusiness majoring in Accounting, Analysis and Audit, in 2006 graduated from the Russian National Fiscal Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, with Law specialization. Since 2009 – Chief Specialist, Methodology Dept, FGBU VGNKI. 2011-2013 гг. – Chief Specialist Expert, Department of Affiliate Institutions Operational Support, Directorate of Veterinary Surveillance of Foreign Trade Transactions at State Border and Transport and Cooperation with Veterinarian Services of Foreign Countries, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision. 2013-2014 – Chief of Methodology Unit for Operational Support of Veterinarian Laboratory Facilities, FGBU VGNKI 2014-2016 – Deputy Chief, Unit of Veterinarian Drug Turnover, Directorate of Internal Veterinarian Supervision, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision.
