Having finished his postgraduate studies in 1990 and since then until today Mr. Sklyarov has been working at FGBU VGNKI, since 2014 as chief of lab for quality and standardization of bacterial drugs. Published 135 research works in Russian and international journals, incl. 9 patents, as well as 8 guidebooks. Supervised 5 defended candidate's and one PhD theses. Mr. Sklyarov together with VGNKI staff developed and implemented in veterinarian practice 9 vaccines, serums and diagnostic agents, 8 standard culture samples of production strains for vaccine production and diagnostic test systems, 3 standard process documents, developed 6 state standards regulating diagnostic process, prevention and control of zoonotic diseases.
