The Federal State Budgetary Institution "All-Russian State Center for the Quality and Standardization of Medicines for Animals and Feed" (FGBU "VGNKI") organizes on the territory of the Russian Federation a system for the implementation of state policy in the field of ensuring the quality of medicines for animals, feed and safety in veterinary and sanitary terms products of animal and plant origin in order to protect the health of animals and the population from diseases common to humans and animals.
